                    Individual Welsh Black Beef Wellington, mushroom Duxelle, house pate encased in puff pastry, served alongside fondant potato and a rich madeira jus (£3 Supplement)

                    (Chargrilled Welsh Black Rump Steak dressed the same way as the wellington can be included in the course price)

                    Grilled Loin of Salmon, with a sunblushed tomato and mussel risotto, garnished with charred spring onion and freshly shaved Parmesan

                    Chargrilled Mediterranean vegetable and whipped goats cheese stack served with tempura asparagus and finished with a red pepper coulis

                    Pulled Conwy Valley Lamb Shoulder wrapped in Parma Ham, served with Julienne Vegetables, smoked bacon mash and a rich lamb jus
