Join us for a spectacular Wine & Dinner Evening this November, offering delicious courses accompanied by an exclusive selection of 11 exquisite French wines. This event promises a wonderful five-course meal in an intimate, elegant setting, where each course has been thoughtfully paired with a wine to enhance the flavours and elevate the experience. The evening will offer a unique opportunity to savour fine French wines.
The evening will begin with an array of delicately prepared appetisers, setting the tone for the evening with refined flavours that showcase the fresh, high-quality ingredients we use. The starter offers a sophisticated balance of flavours, including a Carpaccio of Beef Fillet followed by a refreshing palate cleanser of sorbet to prepare for the richness of the main course. Each wine pairing is selected to complement the essence of the dishes, bringing forward subtle notes that enhance the dining experience.
The Main Meal
The mains for the evening include a Ballantine de Poulet or Ballantine of Chicken. You can expect delicious meals with fresh ingredients, crafted to sit well alongside the selected French wines throughout the evening.
To celebrate the tradition of French cheesemaking, a curated selection of regional cheeses follows, offering you an authentic taste of France. We also have something sweet to offer you, including a Tart au Citron with a choice from two sorbets.
